The patient would be treated with granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (100–600 μg/day) once the neutrophil count below the normal level. It was again confirmed that the change trend of monocyte count was similar with the neutrophil count, and the change of monocyte count was prior to neutrophil count. However, it was also observed that if the monocyte count sharply dropped again, even the absolute count of neutrophil had recovered to normal level, the decrease of neutrophil count probably occurred again
