Figure 5: Hsp70 localization in Dalton's lymphoma (DL) cells. In all, 1.0 × 105 DL cells were treated with chelerythrine IC50 10μg/mL in an experimental condition similar to previous experiments. DL cells were fixed on slides and incubated with mouse anti-hsp70 and then ALP-conjugated secondary antibody. Then, the slides were incubated with substrate (NBT/BCIP) and color intensity was detected in terms of the number of purple granules under light microscope.
